What personally identifiable information (PII) do you collect?
We only collect PII that you explicitly tell us about yourself and the issues that you're facing.
Do you sell client information?
We do not sell any client information.
Can I ask for my PII to be deleted?
Yes. Please just email info@securityassist.org and your data will be deleted immediately.
How long do you store this information?
We store the PII for 5 years after we work with each client, unless the client asks for it to be deleted, in which case it is deleted immediately.
Do you pass information to any third parties?
We will do so if the client instructs us to in writing, for example, as part of working with the client's solicitor to take legal action against a perpetrator. Also, we will pass information to authorities if we are officially ordered to do so by a court in the UK.
